all invitations will be processed through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (it may be telex or original of invitation);
- we need a photocopy of your passport by fax or scanned and sent by e-mail;
to apply for visa support simply complete and return our application form;
- we will start processing your visa invitation the same day if we receive documents before 12 a. m., and the next day if we receive them after 12 à. ò.;

for invitations - when it will be ready you can take it from our office (if necessary) or we can sent it to you by fax or by express mail (extra charge);

Tourist visa support - $ 20
- we need full passport information and dates of visit to Russia;
- we'll immediately prepare invitation and voucher for you;
- to obtain your visa, present the invitation and voucher at a Russian consulate;

Registration of visas
- not registering might lead to problems on the territory of the Russian Federation (detention by police fines, and/or on departure, prevention from boarding the plane and fines);
- all visas up to 3 months are registered in the applicant's presence;
- visas valid from 3 to 12 months are registered within 3 business day's in UVIR: *
- for the time of registration both passport and visa of the foreign national will be taken away. The foreign national will be provided with copies of these documents, as well as, an official notice confirming than these documents were submitted for registration.
